Susan Tonarely began her career serving those with disabilities in 2001. She completed her education, graduating with a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Health Care from William Woods University. After serving as Social Service Director in Long Term Care, She moved on to be an Administrator in Hospice. An opportunity arose with the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to a position as an Assistant Long Term Care Ombudsman serving and advocating for those individuals living in long-term care facilities which are called homes for over 11 years. Susan understands and has compassion for all people who have health concerns as well as those individuals working to stay active and safe. Susan realized that she still needed to serve. Susan’s brother Terry, a retired police officer in Florida recommended Electronic Caregiver (ECG) for he liked how when a call came in to go out to an incident, ECG gave more information about the situation/condition over what a normal 911 call gave. This helped the officers know the situation before entering. Susan checked out ECG and knew this was the company she wanted to be a part of. ECG cares not only for their care partners, they truly care for their customers.
