Pressing the button connects users via two-way voice communication with our Class-B EMD Operators. The discreet, long-range, emergency wrist pendant is stylish, attractive, sleek, comfortable to wear and has a range up to 450 feet from the gps unit.
Our emergency response services are provided by a quadruple-redundant, 75,000-square-foot monitoring facility, and a 20,000-square-foot backup facility. Rapid Response Monitoring Service has provided two decades of uninterrupted service, and its staff includes operators licensed as Class-B Emergency Medical Dispatchers.
