I began partnering with Electronic Caregiver after my Father suffered a stroke and was unable to call for help. After laying there for most of the day, we were able to get him to the hospital but he was past the window of time for the treatment (tPA) that reverses the side effects of a stroke. If he had been wearing our pendant it would have detected his fall and immediately called for help giving his GPS location to local emergency responders. My goal is to protect the ones we love 24/7 even when we can’t be there.

Our emergency response services are provided by a quadruple-redundant, 75,000-square-foot monitoring facility, and a 20,000-square-foot backup facility. Rapid Response Monitoring Service has provided two decades of uninterrupted service, and its staff includes operators licensed as Class-B Emergency Medical Dispatchers. EMD operators are trained in anatomy, cardiovascular systems, respiratory systems, diabetes management, pharmacology, oxygen equipment, a variety of medical emergencies, and much more.
pocketMD is a 24/7 service accessible entirely from your system and can also be accessible from a mobile phone. After completing a brief health history interview, we will activate your unlimited use, physician-on-demand service. By pressing a single button, you’re immediately connected to a pocketMD facilitator who will verify your identity, record your symptoms, and then contact a physician on your behalf. Within 15 minutes you can have a prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Programmed to match each client’s medication schedule, the premier handheld device electronically reminds patients to take medications, follow through on treatment tests (blood pressure or blood sugar), or any important recurring appointments.
