Aysha has been serving the caregiving and senior community for the last 10+ years and continues to stay abreast with innovative education, tools and resources to help family caregivers keep their self care a priority, while staying proactive in their loved ones plan of care.
In 2010, Aysha ignited her real passion in senior care becoming the owner of an adult day care center in Snellville, GA serving 50+ participants on any given day. However, in taking care of seniors that required the care she became exposed to the lives and challenges their family caregiver’s faced every day.
To help mitigate some of these issues, Aysha became a certified trainer for Powerful Tools for Caregivers and Dealing with Dementia. In 2018, she launched her radio show, Caregiver Connection that would connect advice from local experts in senior care industry to better inform their caregivers on various topics.
Since March 2020 with the pandemic underway, Aysha and her team redirected their attention to providing services to meet the demand of the mandated stay at home order to continue to service the caregiving and senior community in a different way with home delivered meals, transportation for seniors and vaccinated homebound clients.
In August 2021, Aysha partnered with Electronic Caregiver as a Master Care Partner for Gwinnett County, GA to bring this spearheading technology to help improve the way care and support is delivered and managed through a medical alert system that is leading the industry.
